Dear Governor:

I called on Mr Mason again this morning in regard to the case. He says he cannot make it, and have it completed in less than three weeks, as he could not commence it before next week. I then called on Hough, who says he cannot make it in less time than two weeks. I thought best to advise you before I went any farther, if you wish it let me know and I will put it through as soon as possible,

I saw Doctor Stephenson as you requested, he says it will be all right when you come again. Love to all. Yours truly Jno M. Snyder
