Bloomington March 13th 1863 Honb Richard Yates Dear Sir
We intend having a great [Night?] Union Meeting here on the 20th of this month and have invited Honb John H Wright - Honb John Baker - Honb [Aaron?] Lovejoy - Mr > C Ingerson and Genl Richard Oglesby - I have just received a letter from Mr Baker saying he will be here. The other Gentlemen have not had time to answer - Will hear from them in a day or two. We again most respectfully and earnestly invite you to be with us then, and if it suits you participate in the speaking. We expect a large turnout and speaking from two stands afternoon & evening.
If your official duties should again [prevent?] your attendance 9which we hope will not be the case) please write us a letter to be read on the occasion
