To His Excellency Richard Yates.

If I should reinlist can I pick my Regiment Can I git 402$ premimm (as the time is out) as what premmim would I git. Could I git a 30 day furlough. Can I reinlist in a Ills Reg at this place.

I have been in the service near three years. How much of the premimm would be advanced to me If I should reinlist would the government make a final setelment, up to

the time of reenlistment.

I wish to know so as far I am unsur to reinlist if I can be considered a vetran and obtain what the sum gave them up to the first of this month.
