Dear Sir:
I am informed that W. A. Willard and two other members of "Yates Phalanx" 39th Regt Ills Vols. are wounded and are now confined in your Hospital.
I would respectfully request you to have them transferred to U. S. Hospital in this State where they will be near their home and friends. Please inform me of action taken in their case & oblige
