Your note of the 8th, after some little delay came to hand.
I will forward to day a copy up the "News" with the editorial of which you spoke. If I can get the time, I will write an Editorial for the Despatch upon the same subject. I have not yet seen Forrests Article in the Democrat which was to take the place of mine.
