Sir:
You have been appointed by the President, Commifsioner of Public Buildings and Grounds in the City of Washington.
The law requires a Bond to be given by the incumbent of that office; and herewith I enclose the foorm thereof, and also that of the oath required; after the due execution of which, upon calling at this Department, your Commifsion will be delivered to you.
