Executive Mansion.

My Dear Mrs Heard.

I will be gratified if you will visit me about 8 1/2 o'clock this eve, sans ceremonie also Mr H. & Mrs Doubleday. I am not expecting company, only perhaps, your friend Mrs Lamon, may look in upon us. Very Truly Mary Lincoln.

If you attend the party at Mr Chase's this eve, we will excuse you at a suitable hour.
