My dear Malone
Can you remain here the rest of next week? I mean after Monday - if so I want to place you in "Mercedes", which you may recall was done at Palmers by Julia Arthur, Barrymore etc Want you for Barrymores part.
I dislike to close the house & can with your assistance cast the little play strongly. The part is not over two lengths but all fat. Wire me if you can remain
