Dear Sir

I understand your State has appropiated money for the purchase of Fire Arms. I am manufacturing both Breech and Muzzle loading of the most-approved patterns I should like to furnish your State with whatever Arms you may require. I can furnish you with the Springfield Rifle Musket - or Smooth Bore on shorter notice and cheaper than any other concern in the Country. I am now manufacturing for the Government and can make immediate deliveries. hoping you will give me a call before purchasing elsewhere
